BENCO Steel is a regional service center, providing metal products and services to customers who reside in or have job sites located within an approximate 150 miles east and west of Hickory, NC (including the border communities of Southwest Virginia and Northwest South Carolina). For those customers who require product delivery outside the above service area, BENCO will quote and arrange shipment for orders that meet a minimum requirement of 45,000 pounds. All orders from customers who do not have an established BENCO account must be paid in advance.
